In 2016 J+B were contracted to provide Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural and Architectural design for four (4 )Red Wings Shoe Stores in Western Canada. The stores are located in three different provinces Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Three of the stores were renovations of existing buildings; one was a new green field build. J+B worked for a U.S. architectural firm and provided Project Management Services to assist the U.S. team with regional experience applying for permits and engineering services to review the existing U.S. design for Canadian building code compliance.

The project was under tight timelines to meet corporate targets, it required a focused effort of the design team along with J+B extensive local knowledge keep the permitting process up with the design build schedule.
