As the Engineer of Record (complete facility design, project management and construction support services) for new multipurpose developments (wholesale petroleum, bulk distribution terminals, retail petroleum, and Farming and Building supply stores and warehouses (chemicals and fertilizers).

Full Site Preliminary Design (J+B was the prime consultant on this project and our services options analysis, conceptual drawing, assessments), Full Site Detailed Design (all engineering, drawings, specifications, construction documents, tender coordination, permits and applications), Construction Services (engineering reviews and approvals, and engineers sign off/letters of conformance).

J+B provided multidisciplinary engineering and architectural design and development services, project management services, construction support services, engineering reviews and conformance audits.
