J +B provides services nationally in all engineering disciplines including structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering as well as architect services. The typical Scope of Work includes all site grading and services, storm water management, Site electrical design, site petroleum design, utility coordination and landscape plan. Building Designs include architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural disciplines. J+B’s responsibilities typically included site plan development and approval, all permitting, Submissions and approvals, site specific engineering design, tendering, and contract administration.

J+B is the national petroleum consultant to Costco in Canada. J+B conduct feasibility studies for all studies proposed gas bars installation. J+B obtains all required approvals and works with the regulatory authorities on Costco’s behalf. J+B Engineers ensure all facility designs and constructed installations meets code, safety and operational requirements.
